4. Payment Terms

• We offer flexible payment plans depending on your situation this will be agreed upon and finalised on call before development begins
• If you fail to make the payments on the agreed upon dates all development will be halted until payment is successfully made

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final software product. However, we reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Warranties and Liability

• We strive to deliver high-quality software solutions, but we do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
• Our liability for any claims arising out of this agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the services.

8. Payment Terms

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
